Determining the level of motivation to search for the meaning of life among Vietnamese students studying at a Russian university

The purpose of life self-determination is characterized as an integral part of personality development. The relevance of studying the issues of purpose of life self-determination is substantiated. Approaches to understanding the meaning of life presented in domestic and foreign science are considered. The course and results of an experimental study aimed at determining the level of motivation to search for the meaning of life and its awareness among Vietnamese students studying at a Russian university are described. Based on the results of the survey, it is concluded that students are motivated to search for the meaning of life and the level of motivation increases among senior students. General recommendations for working with respondents who have low rates of motivation to search for the meaning of life are presented.
