Optimization of axiological training of future officers

The important part of the professional military education is the axiological training of the officer candidates. The article characterizes its milestones - the axiological officer competence. There is given the empirical evaluation of the current position of its formation. There is substantiated the significance of the search of the scientific basis for the organization of the officer candidates axiological training.
