Optimization magnetic separator

On the basis of fundamental equations (the total current and the continuity of flow) is synthesized system of equations of the active distributed magnetic circuit modeling permanent magnet. Equivalent circuits were grounded in the light of the magnet leakage flux. We establish a strong relationship characteristics of permanent magnet with the parameters of the material characteristics of demagnetization. The developed scheme is proposed for optimizing the magnetic separator system cleaning liquids from ferromagnetic impurities, carried out on permanent magnets. Task of optimizing the magnetic separator means use the method of magnetic circuits.
