The contemporary program of medical students' education and post-graduation professional training an important place is taken by mastering the varied approach to treatment prescription in terms of personal characteristics of a patient. The author investigated the characteristics of influence of somatic disease on nature and type of modification of semantic area of therapeutic patients to expose the conditions of the formation of their more adaptive inner signs of the disease
