Experience of treating Crohn’s disease using genetically engineered biological agents

The article presents the strategy of “treating Crohn's disease to achieve the goal" and the algorithm for prescribing a genetically engineered biological agent (GEBA). We have described a clinical case of GEBA’s successful use in a patient with severe Crohn's disease. Achievement of complete clinical remission during ustekinumab therapy is demonstrated.
