Experience of realization of the European quality assurance of education ENQA and principles ISO in high school

This article describes the practical use and principles of QMS organization in Voronezh branch of RGTEU on the basis of MS ISO 9001. The article covers implementation of quality guarantee and quality management principles, necessary for customer satisfaction and continuous improvement of university activities.
