The article deals with the issues of professional education in high school in relation to the issues of higher education and innovative education quality. The notion of the experience of solving academic and personal problems from the positions of the classical approach and ideas of pedagogical anthropology are under consideration in the article. The authors describethe methods of practical work with higher school students to develop their experience of solving academic and personal challenges that contribute to the holistic development of future professionals.
