The organization of additional professional training of company managers as pedagogical problem

The article is devoted to problem of organization of additional professional managers training. The question of the expediency of allocation in structure of additional vocational training of such component as intra-company training is raised. The corporate training centers which are being created in the companies, have grown from system of intra-enterprise training, differ by mobility and are adapted for innovations The factors complicating work on intra-company training are revealed.
