The organization of the facilitative behaviour of the teacher in the context of the distance education

The article deals with the significance of the change of the format of building the relationships between the participants of the pedagogical process in the distance educational system. There are reflected the topical issues, devoted to the facilitative component in the teacher’s behaviour in the context of the distance education. The authors describe the basic qualities and the kinds of the pedagogical skills that are necessary to build the facilitative relationships in the process of the pedagogical cooperation in the format of e-learning.
