Instructional research management in an educational institution

The paper deals with the development and testing of the institutional research management scheme in an educational institution. This scheme is based on the axiological, systemic, and activity approaches. It is founded on the principles of differentiation, activity, and effectiveness. The focus areas include informational, advisory instructional, project instructional, and instructional management activities. Instructional research planning implies four basic units with its own meaning. The research determines the efficiency criteria for instructional research (the analysis of teaching excellence, the choice of forms of instructional research) and highlights the levels of teachers’ results assessment (low, medium, high). Instructional research results monitoring allows one to promptly adjust plans and flexibly include the necessary elements in them. The research was carried out in an educational organization during the academic year 2017-2018 and demonstrated good results.
