Work organization of veterinary-sanitary expert evaluation laboratory departments

Organizational issues of the state veterinary-sanitary laboratory departments during sanitary-veterinary evaluations of foodborne diseases are investigated in the article. The analysis of expert evaluation volumes conducted by veterinarians of republican laboratories in 2010-2014 in Republics of Tatarstan, Udmurtia and Chuvashia is performed.
