The further development of the budgeting system in agroholding organizations presents the aimed, consecutive, but also restricted by certain activities, which allow to elaborate balanced and optimal plans of agricultural enterprises development, connected with economic production agricultural products effectiveness increase. At the same time, it is necessary to secure not only the owners` interests, but also the interests of the state and also of other participants.
