In the context of the dynamic development of gastro-tourism and agro-tourism, the current situation associated with the global economic crisis, the relationship and interaction between the enterprises of the hospitality and enterprises of the agrarian sector are expanding. In this regard, the problems of interaction and mutual understanding between the subjects of different sectors of the economy are particularly relevant in order to solve more effectively the problems of infrastructure development and increase the volume of services. In order to interact more effectively, it is planned to create conditions for the further development of these types of tourism. This article shows the importance of the region for the hospitality in Russia, examines the trends in the development of modern types of tourism (economic, ethnographic, agricultural (agricultural), shows the experience of experts in tourism to create a project "Gastronomic map of the Vladimir region", considers the regional features of the organization of catering and accommodation in gastro-tourism and agro-tourism on the example of enterprises in the hotel and restaurant business, the experience of farms of the Vladimir region; the article shows the experience in finding opportunities to use existing resources by entrepreneurs in the field of tourism in the countries of near and far abroad. The experience of restaurateurs and leading chefs in the development of gastro-tours, a list of branded products of the Vladimir region: Murom Kalach, Pokrovsky gingerbread and chocolate, Suzdal Mead and cucumbers, Vladimir cherry, etc., widely known outside the region. The authors examine one of the directions of gastronomic tourism - organization of gastronomic festivals and celebrations dedicated to any gastronomic direction or products in the Vladimir region. On the basis of the research, the authors give practical recommendations for improving the activities of placement services in the organization of gastro-tourism and agro-tourism. The interaction of the "Gastronomic map" developed by the authors reflects the tendencies of changing the route of the "Golden ring of Russia" to mark the 50th anniversary of its creation and will contribute to the further economic development of the region.
