The organization of teaching and educational activity in system «high school and establishments of vocational training» as a condition of professional self-determination of pupils

This article discusses actual problems of continuing education «high school – institution of vocational education» in terms of the growing contradiction between the need for specialists who knows how to operate in a rapidly changing education, and not enough high level of professional competence of the future professionals, three-stage sequence of professional motivation is revealed, by the example of Azerbaijan State Pedagogical University and the Baku Slavic University. The importance of the educational research and educational work of high school students in building a professional culture at the pre-university level is justified.
