The organization of extracurricular work in Stalingrad (the Lower Volga) region for solving the educational tasks in the 1930s

The mechanisms of implementation of educational activity and form of extracurricular work in Stalingrad (the Lower Volga) region in the 1930s are considered. The analysis of regulatory basis, consolidating the educational potential of out-of-school institutions, is conducted. In the process of studying the archive materials, some of them are firstly introduced into scientific discourse. The dynamics of increasing the quantity of out-of-school institutions at the example of region is given and substantiated. The basic directions of their activity are revealed.
