The organization of educational work in the system of higher education based on traditional Russian spiritual and moral values

Based on the contradiction between the importance of increasing the productivity of educational work of the university and the lack of scientific substantiation for the choice of methods and technologies that ensure the integration of spiritual and moral values into the educational process, the relevance of the study is substantiated. Definitions of the concepts of “spirituality”, “morality”, “education”, “spiritual and moral education”, “spiritual and moral values of a student” are provided. The place of traditional spiritual and moral values in the formation of personality is indicated. Factors influencing the process of personality formation are identified: characteristics of educational programs, content of training, teaching methods, educational technologies, the impact of social institutions.
