Organizational and pedagogical conditions of designing the system of the evaluative means in the competence based educational programs of the university

The article deals with the characteristics of the complex of the organizational and pedagogical conditions providing the efficiency of designing the system of the evaluative means in the competence based educational programs of the university: the creation of the organizational structure of the university for the efficient implementation of designing the system of the evaluative means; the usage of the information technologies while designing and training the academic teaching staff to designing the system of the evaluative means in the competence based educational programs of the university.
