The article deals with the pedagogical conditions: the conditions-premises (the professional, material and technical, learning and teaching, information and reference resources of the university), the conditions-circumstances (the developed inclusive culture of the university, the psychological and pedagogical support of future teachers) and the conditions-requirements that are divided into the conceptual-pedagogical (the programs of the educational subjects and their content) and the processual-pedagogical (the active methods of education, the production (technological in the system of the inclusive education) practice).
