The issue addressed in this article is particularly relevant in the current historical context due to the shortage of human resources within the preschool education system. The article outlines the potential for implementing a distinctive approach to the methodological support of teachers in preschool educational organizations in the context of network interaction. This pertains to the formation of a relatively new paradigm of continuous education, which necessitates the ongoing updating of knowledge and technologies, as well as the teacher's readiness to improve their professional competencies. The authors propose an organizational and managerial model for employing a network approach in the methodological support of preschool teachers. This model delineates strategies for executing this process, identifies key components for its management, and characterizes the pedagogical conditions essential for the successful implementation of the proposed model in modern preschool education settings. Through this framework, the article aims to contribute to the discourse on improving the quality of methodological support for preschool teachers, thereby addressing the pressing challenges faced by the sector.
