The organization and management conditions of the cooperation of the subjects of the regional educational system in the process of the networking practical training of future teachers

The article deals with the representation and substantiation of the organization and management conditions of the cooperation of the subjects of the regional educational system at the personal and institutional levels: the networking format of the practical training of future teachers; the management of the organization of the practices of the students in the external and internal cooperation; the motivation of the cooperation of the network’s subjects in the practical training of the students. It is demonstrated that the authors’ system allows to unite the educational organization of the region in the single network, where the pedagogical university is considered as its core, and to significantly improve the efficiency of the practical training of the future teachers.
