Organizational Forms of Tactical and Strategic Training the Employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Cadets with a Focus on the Formation of Environmental and Legal Knowledge and Skills

The article discusses more effective forms of education in comparison with traditional forms of classes (lectures, seminars, practical classes) organized during tactical and strategic training the employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. Such forms as quests, business games, heuristic conversations, and interactive forms of classes with the use of virtual simulators can increase employees engagement and their motivation as the training is becoming more interesting, practice-oriented, and closer to the real conditions of service. It should be noted that the effectiveness of tactical and strategic training the employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia is achieved through a combination of traditional and innovative forms of training as this ensures not only theoretical and practical, but also employees’ psychological readiness to perform official tasks in a rapidly changing operational environment.
