Organizational and tactical aspects of the Prosecutor's activity to compensate for damage caused to the state by a crime

The issues of the activities of the prosecutor's office in the Russian Federation have been the subject of discussion in the professional and scientific communities over the past thirteen years, that is, since the allocation of investigative powers by prosecutors to an independent body. Within the framework of this article, an analysis of the main tactics in the prosecutor's activities aimed at compensating for damage caused by crimes to the Russian Federation, its subjects and municipalities is presented. In the context of the continuous improvement of the regulatory framework and the implementation of prosecutorial practice, the topic of prosecutor's tactics is relevant. In light of the urgency of the issues of suppressing crimes and offenses related to state and municipal property, corruption, ecology and the economic sphere, prosecutors play a key role in restoring justice and stimulating responsibility for the harm caused. The article presents the author's conclusions on the prospects for improving the prosecutor's activities aimed at compensating for damage caused by crimes.
