Organizational changes: a systematic approach to managing transformation

This article presents a systematization of the theoretical foundations, methodological approaches, and practical tools for managing organizational changes through: classifying the types and levels of organizational changes; analyzing the causal relationships that lead to resistance to organizational changes; comparing key theoretical models of change management, structured tools for different phases of the transformation cycle, and formulating a competency model for organizational change leaders.
