Examines the concept of organisational stress as a multifaceted process occurring and live on at least four levels: the macro organization, micro organization, socio-psychological, individual-psychological levels. Identified socio-psychological factors-stressogens affecting organizational commitment of employees. To minimize the negative impact of organizational stressogens shown in the second and third levels, possibly through the development of staff commitment. Identified socio-psychological methods of regulation institutional stressogens through the formation of organizational commitment.
