The article presents the results of two-year field experiments (2024–2025) on the effect of mineral fertilizers as well as an organic and mineral complex based on humic and fulvic acids on the soybean yield and quality of the Stine 3400 variety in the Faryab province of Afghanistan. It has been found that the combined use of mineral fertilizers at a dose of N40P80K40 and an organic and mineral complex provides a maximum seed yield of 2.26 t/ha and a straw yield of 4.76 t/ha, exceeding the values of the control variant by 51.2% and 46.2%, respectively. On average over two years of research, in the N40P80K40+ an organic and mineral complex variant has had the highest biochemical seed: 36.04% protein and 25.29% fat. The analysis of vegetative parts of soybean plants has showed that the use of mineral fertilizers at a dose of N40P80K40 and an organic and mineral complex increases the content of fiber, protein, fat and ash in the stems, leaves and bean valves.
