Conservative operations on the uterus and reproductive health of women

Retrospective research of 136 stories of illnesses of the patients who were in gynecologic clinic of Siberian state medical university on operative treatment with the basic clinical diagnosis a uterus Myoma, and also the analysis of 20 stories of sorts of the women who have transferred surgical treatment in volume myomectomy is conducted. On the basis of the received data it is established that in development of a myoma of a uterus it is possible to recognise as contributing factors hereditary predisposition and the burdened obstetric and gynecologic anamnesis. Laparoskopic access is preferable in surgical treatment of a myoma of a uterus. Myomectomy is operation of a choice for women of reproductive age and allows to keep their reproductive function. The pregnant women who have transferred myomectomy, make group of the raised risk on the complicated current of pregnancy: to threat of interruption of pregnancy, placentary insufficiency and threat of premature birth. The obtained data demands acknowledgement in the expanded clinical researches.
