The work deals with the errors and complications of the surgical treatment of patellar dislocation of different severity in patients treated at RISC "RTO" within 1970-2003. It has been demonstrated that positive results can be obtained in case of adherence to the indications for the surgical technique depending on the severity degree of patellar dislocation and postoperative management of patients.
