Objective: The main objective of this search is to evaluate complications after integrated and combined treatment of patients with invasive bladder cancer. Materials and Methods: 90 patients with bladder cancer at the stage T2-Т3аN0M0 were included in the investigation. They got treatment in FSI Russian Scientific Rentgenradiology Centre (for the period 2003 - 2008). The first group consisted of 43 patients after combined treatment (chemoradiotherapy, SOD 66-68 Gy). The second group of 47 patients got integrated treatment (transurethral resection of bladder cancer with chemoradiotherapy, SOD 48-50 Gy). Results: In the group of integrated therapy, late radiocystitis of 1-st and 2-d category was diagnosed in 40.5% and 49% cases respectively, and late radiocystitis of 3-d category was found in 3 patients, which is 6.4%. Radiolesion of 1-st, 2-d, 3-d, 4-th degree was observed in 23.2%, 55.8%, 16.3%, 4.7% respectively, in patients who got combined therapy. In the 2-d group of patients, clinical picture of late radioreaction of large intestine wasn't observed much more often if to compare with the 1-st group of patients (51.1% - 1-st group versus 16.3% - 2-d group). Late urination was found in both groups and was of the same frequency.. Conclusions: Complications of radiotherapy of 3-d and 4-th degree on RTOG scale is observed more often in patients after combined therapy.
