The article discusses the main components postevolutionism theory of cultural dynamics. In addition, social and cultural evolutionism retains deductive metaphysical concept of progressive linear dynamics, while from a biological evolutionary theory went linear explanatory models and the development of life is considered as a non-directional and movable random changes. The main features of this theory is the concept of culture unpredictability, the lack of deterministic laws of indeterministic nature of the key changes of the spasmodic character changes on non-directional nature of the changes, the numerous factors of cultural dynamics, understanding the “stages” of development as a universal function, of natural selection innovations, for the Suppression of the old and new forms of culture, the crucial role of the individual in history, about the communicative nature of the changes, the evolution of the “laws” of the cultural development of the non-linear nature of the cultural dynamics.
