The basic concepts of the public speech of the presidents of the USA in the XXIst century

The article deals with the analysis of the public speech of the presidents of the USA, taking place in the moments of the extreme tension in the country. The speech of the presidents is studied by using the methods of the conceptual, pragmatical, contextual, distributive and statistic quantitative analysis for revealing the basic concepts in the speech of the presidents of the USA in the XXIst century. The result of the consideration of the presidents’ appeal to nation is the choice of the vocabulary, forming the content of the concepts.
