Main trends in driving of a region out of depressive conditions

The article is devoted to the research of possible trends in driving the economy of the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic out of depressive conditions. The article presents some results of the research how historically formed heterogeneity of social and economic space of Russia influences upon the functioning of the state, structure and efficiency of economy, strategy and tactics of institutional transformations and social and economic policy.
