The main trends in the response of bailiffs and executors of justice under stressful situations

The present article focuses on identifying the main trends of bailiffs’ responses under stressful situations. Professional activity of these professionals is associated with high stress and riskogenics. The relevance of the chosen topic is due to the need to improve technologies of psychological support of service employees. The aim of the study is to study the types of reaction of bailiffs under stressful situations. During the work the following methods were used: MMPI questionnaire, K. Leongard - N. Schmishek test, author’s questionnaire to identify the socio-psychological characteristics of the subjects, statistical methods. Based on an analysis of data from 675 bailiffs and executors of justice at the age of 21 to 59 years, the main trends in the response of professionals of this type to stress are highlighted. These included: sufficient emotional regulation, stability, activity, initiative, entrepreneurial spirit and resourcefulness. The predominant type of reaction of bailiffs to a stressful situation is rigid.
