Peculiarities of adaptation of the texts of popular legal discourse

The article deals with the specific character of the interdiscursive adaptation of the texts of the popular legal discourse and the means of the secondary categorization and conceptualization involved in the process. The strategy of amplification is realized by the means of the augment of the optional factual and evaluative information and used by the adaptors for the promotion of the general level of the legal literacy of the mass addressee but not for the regulation of his behavior in the society.
