The paper examines biblical precedent nouns through the analysis of data obtained in the experiment conducted in the German-speaking audience. The author makes conclusions about some factors influencing the comprehension of the experimental biblical precedent nouns, establishes different facets of meaning relevant for the members of the German linguocultural community.
