Features of pathogenesis, clinical picture, diagnostics and treatment of HIV-associated non-Hodgkin lymphomas for which is characteristic the fast tumoral progression demanding quick start of chemotherapy are presented. The chemotherapy has to be carried out against highly active anti-retrovirus therapy which restores immune system, reduces development of infectious complications owing to what the chemotherapy is carried out in usual, full-fledged doses.
