Ceramic semiconductors based on SnO 2 with MnO 2 and CuO additive agents were synthesized. Synthesis temperature was 1300 and 1400 °С. Physical-mechanical and high-temperature electric properties investigation were performed. It is revealed that increase of synthesis temperature for materials with MnO 2, provides for their better agglomeration. Compositions 96 % SnO 2 - 2 % Sb 2O 3 - 2 % CuO, obtained at 1300 °С, have the best electro-physical properties. Resistance of 94 % SnO 2 - 2 % Sb 2O 3 - 2 % CuO - 2 % MnO 2 in high temperature field is 3 times higher. 96 % SnO 2 - 2 % Sb 2O 3 - 2 % MnO 2 have nonlinear currant-voltage characteristic.
