Features of forming environmental legal awareness of deviant adolescents

The article presents the results of theoretical analysis and empirical research on environmental legal awareness of deviant adolescents. The concepts of domestic and foreign scientists in the aspect of environmental legal awareness of minors are considered; the main approaches to its consideration are revealed. This is due to the digitalization of modern society. Teenagers mostly interact with others using the Internet and gadgets. It is revealed that digitalization and virtualization of children and adolescents' society lead to a change in the correct attitude to nature, therefore correction of deviant behavior of minors is necessary. The results of an empirical study of the value orientations of deviant adolescents are presented. As a result of the psychological diagnostics conducted, the children's dominant (sense of humor, health, asserting one's opinion, irreconcilability to the flaws of others) and less significant (tolerance, beauty of nature) values were revealed. Examples of preventive work with this cohort are given.
