Features of investment crediting of agricultural producers

The article is concerned with investment crediting of agricultural producers. Existing financing system, which provides credits for agriculture producers doesn’t promote agriculture sector development, even considering all the measures the government has taken, such as various programs for agrarian business financed by the state. Finance and credit relations in the agrarian industry are still forming, they are not of a system type yet, and the features of the agrarian sector are insufficiently regarded.
