Peculiarities of using the pre-sale agreement in the process of financing the production of audi-visual work

The article discusses the theoretical provisions and features of the use of pre-sale contracts in the process of obtaining financing for the production of audiovisual works. The authors conclude that the system for obtaining funding for the production of audiovisual works by concluding pre-sale contracts is sufficiently effective, but at the same time inaccessible for young filmmakers.
