The article focuses on the changes in cognitive processes among different generations - X, Y, Z, and Alpha - taking into account sociocultural and technological transformations. Key traits of each generation are examined, including technological literacy, cognitive flexibility, multitasking abilities, and preferences in learning and communication. The article emphasizes the importance of understanding these features for adapting educational and social practices, as well as for developing more effective strategies for interacting with different generations in society. The investigation of cognitive processes across generations represents a significant aspect of understanding the evolution of human thought and interaction in the modern world. This study analyzes the differences in cognitive processes among generations, including information perception, memory, attention, and decision-making. Particular attention is given to the influence of digital technologies on thinking and communication. The article discusses the challenges of adapting educational programs to meet the needs of new generations and offers recommendations to enhance the effectiveness of learning. Additionally, the prospects for further research in the context of technological progress and sociocultural changes are outlined.
