Features of quality assurance of dairy production in the conditions of action of technical regulations

Article is devoted to the problems of harmonization of the standard base operating in the foodprocessing industry of Russia with the international norms. The authors consider modern state of the standard base and those transformations which are defined by the Federal law of December 27, 2002, № 184-ФЗ «On technical regulation». The article gives the detailed analysis of comparability of requirements of the operating standard base and their applicability at various levels of quality assurance of production, and also sufficiency for establishment of quality gradation.
