The problem of regulation of the methodological pedagogical activity in the conditions of inclusive education. Inclusion in the educational process of modern school of children and young people with disabilities due to the need to meet regulatory documents, as well as the social order on inclusive education, which is defined as a part of general education, implying the availability of education for all. Inclusive education confronts the school a lot of complex issues and new challenges, one of which is to regulate teaching activities in a new environment. Subjects methodological regulation of pedagogical activity in the conditions of inclusive education is revealed through three problem areas: understanding and interpretation of the meaning of the said regulation, value issues in mediating mental peculiarities and actual problems of the estimated regulatory framework.
