The article discusses the features of the international application of various methods of quality management of project activities. The basic principles of project management methods in countries such as Japan, USA and Great Britain are shown. This article covered the following project management methods: PMBOK, PRINCE2 and P2M. The processes of formation and development of their strategies were analyzed, and their main ideas were compared.
