The specific features of the motivational sets of the learning activity of the senior school pupils

The article deals with the study of the motivational sets of the learning activity of the senior school pupilS. On the basis of the analysis of the scientific literature there are uncovered the basic reasons, providing the low level of the academic motivation of the modern schoolchildren. The author demonstrates the results of the empirical study of the affective and evaluative component of the motivational sets and their influence on the productivity of the learning activity of the school students of the graduating classes.
