The specifics of innovative training at school

The article deals with organization of innovative education in schools, compares traditional and innovative forms of learning. The author believes that the main features of the innovative training is implementation of the content of subject curricula taking into account individual characteristics of students (preparation of individual development plans), use of modern teaching technologies, problem-based and creative learning. The paper describes the features of innovative training in various forms of educational process organization: in pairs, in groups, in a large group. The author formulates the requirements that are necessary for development of a lesson plan and conducting of an innovative lesson.
