Professional pre-service training participants'' Attitude toward collaboration of a teacher-to-be with colleagues in the primary school

The article presents the research of academic staff members' and students' attitudes toward collaboration of a teacher-to-be with colleagues in the primary school. The research analysis reveals a variety of factors influencing the collaboration competency level, developed by students completing different educational programmes in Pedagogy.
