The specific features of the translation of the figurative and expressive means into English (based on the poem “In the restaurant” by A.A. Blok)

The article deals with the specific features of the poetic work, the concept of the poetic translation and the difficulties of the translation of the expressive means that are specific to the poetry of A.A. Blok at the example of the poem “In The Restaurant”. There are considered the different ways of the translation of the poetic text, there is analyzed the issue of the adequacy of the translation of the artistic creation of A.A. Blok into English.
