Peculiarities of the process of christianization in Ancient Rus': a philosophical and religious analysis

Based on the study of the texts of ancient Russian literary monuments and chronicles, an attempt was made to conduct the philosophical and religious analysis of the features in the process of Christianization of Ancient Rus'. A conclusion has been made that in the first centuries after the adoption of Christianity in Russia there was a kind of compromise between Christianity and paganism, dual-belief in folk strata remained long enough, but the key ideas of Christianity prevailed in the spiritual life of ancient Russia.
