The peculiarities of designing the heterogeneous educational systems in the context of the development of the information society

On the basis of the generalization of the results of the study in the sphere of the interaction of the different providers of the education there is formulated the author’s approach to the definition of the heterogeneous educational systems, that are projected adequately by the demands of the information society. There are revealed the distinctive characteristics of such systems. The creation of the teaching and education district is considered as the task of designing the heterogeneous educational system. The author describes the management of the heterogeneous educational system in the context of the distributed management team.
