Особенности психоэмоциональной сферы пациентов с ишемической болезнью сердца: обзор исследований

Обоснование. Ишемическая болезнь сердца (ИБС) является одним из самых распространенных заболеваний и наиболее частой причиной смерти во всем мире. Известно, что психосоциальные факторы имеют определенное влияние на развитие и течение ИБС. В связи с этим изучение особенностей психоэмоциональной сферы больных ИБС и их психологических характеристик представляется крайне важным для разработки и совершенствования профилактических мероприятий, а также проведения психокоррекционной и психотерапевтической работы с данной группой пациентов. Цель: проведение анализа современных зарубежных исследований для рассмотрения психоэмоциональных факторов и психологических особенностей, присущих пациентам с ИБС, а также их влияния на развитие, течение и исход заболевания. Заключение. В настоящей работе рассмотрены и обобщены данные публикаций об особенностях психоэмоциональной сферы больных ИБС. Представлена информация о связи психоэмоциональных факторов, в частности тревоги и депрессии, с ИБС. Отмечено, что при описании психоэмоциональных особенностей больных ИБС следует учитывать не только вероятную симптоматику тревожно-депрессивных расстройств, но также и другие проявления, такие как враждебность, астения, состояние стресса. Приведены данные о неоднозначности роли «традиционных» психологических факторов при ИБС. По результатам выполненного обзора подчеркивается значение комплексных исследований психоэмоциональных и личностных особенностей пациентов с сердечно-сосудистой патологией в целях совершенствования мероприятий, направленных на коррекцию психологических факторов риска ИБС и ее последствий, а также на снижение их негативного воздействия.
